Support pedagogue (preschool special needs)

Voss kindergarten seeks a support pedagogue for a temporary position (1 December 2026 to 31 July 2027) to work closely with children who need extra support, particularly those with autism diagnoses. You will join a skilled team practising inclusive education and special pedagogy, delivering one-to-one support and small group work guided by the Regional Health Service. The kindergarten values friendship, achievement, and collaborative development, and requires a three-year degree in early childhood education or similar, with interest in working with children with special needs and strong interpersonal skills.
