Children and Youth Worker, Base Leader

Lillestrøm Kommune is recruiting a Children and Youth Worker with a base leader function at their new Kjellervolla School SFO (school-based after-school care) in central Lillestrøm. You will lead one of three bases serving approximately 130 children in grades 1-4, manage daily operations, plan structured activities, supervise staff, and collaborate with teachers and parents. A formal qualification (vocational certificate as a children and youth worker) or extensive SFO experience is required, along with base leader experience, staff supervision skills, digital tools proficiency (Office 365, Vigilo, ASK), and fluent Norwegian at B2 level or higher.
