HR adviser

Bergen municipality's Unit for Quality and Organisational Development seeks two HR advisers for temporary positions (one year, 2027). You will support units and leaders with HR matters, employment cases, absence management and recruitment. Requires bachelor's degree in HR, administration, law or related field, minimum one year relevant HR experience, and strong knowledge of Norwegian employment law and collective agreements.
