Vi har ledig fast 100 % dagstilling som sjukepleiar i heimebasert omsorg frå 11.01.2027.
Stillinga inngår i 12 vekers turnus med kun dagvakter i vekedagane i tillegg til langvakter på dag/kveld kvar 4. helg. I turnusperioden kan det vere mogeleg med ei veke samanhengande fri.
I denne stillinga vil ein i tillegg til ordinære sjukepleieoppgåver blant anna ha fokus på prosedyrer, fag og utvikling i nært samarbeid med avdelingsleiar. Ein vil også ha eit tett samarbeid med korttidsavdlingar, tildelingskontor, velferdsteknikar, ergoterapeut, fysioterapeut og kvardagsrehabiliteringsteam.
