Withdrawal form

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Norwegian page (angreskjema) is the binding version, and if the two differ, the Norwegian text applies. The receipt email, and the PDF of the standard form that comes with a purchase, are written in your language when it is available (English, Polish, Ukrainian or Lithuanian), and the Norwegian text applies there too. The PDF you download from this page is in Norwegian.

If you want to withdraw from a purchase at Søknadsbasen, you can let us know here before the withdrawal period ends. You do not need to give a reason, and you get a receipt by email right away. If you bought on 13 October 2026 or later, the period is 14 days from the purchase. If you bought before that, the period is longer (the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, section 21). If you have received the email "Riktige opplysninger om angreretten din hos Søknadsbasen", the period and the refund stated in it apply. If you are unsure whether the period has expired, send the notice anyway, and we will check. The rest is in the terms, section 5.

Would you rather send the notice yourself?

Download the standard form as a PDF (in Norwegian), fill it in and send it by email to marcus@jenshaug.no, or by post to Marcus Jenshaug (Søknadsbasen), Holmestrandgaten 1a, 3112 Tønsberg. You can also write an ordinary email saying that you withdraw. It is just as valid, and it is enough that the notice is sent before the period ends.
