Questions about the performance review

What is a performance review form?Show

A performance review form is a sheet you fill in before the meeting with your manager. It gathers what you have achieved, what you want to develop and the questions you want to ask, so you remember everything when you are there.

What should I write on the form?Show

Write specific results, ideally with numbers and when they happened. Write what you want to learn or take more responsibility for, and two or three questions for your manager.

How to prepare for the performance review
Is the form free?Show

Yes. The sheet with everything from your log and the PDF are free with an account. The «At work» plan costs NOK 349 a year and gives 30 AI credits a month, so AI can pick the highlights for you.

Can my manager see my career log?Show

No. The log is only for you, and the sheet is not saved. You decide what you bring to the meeting.

Does the AI make things up?Show

Is the performance review the same as a salary talk?Show

Usually not. The performance review is mostly about development. If you want to talk about pay, ask for a separate meeting, and the salary check shows what your occupation pays.
