NAV Midt-Telemark og Nome seeks a full-time guidance counsellor for Talenthuset, a programme supporting young people under 30 into work and education. You will provide individual support, guidance and case management through digital and face-to-face meetings. The role requires a bachelor's degree in social sciences, health, humanities or law, good Norwegian communication skills (B2 level minimum), driving licence class B, and strong personal qualities including emotional resilience, relationship-building skills and ability to motivate.
