Kindergarten Manager/Director

Grini Kindergarten in Bærum municipality is seeking a kindergarten manager or director for a maternity cover position (February 2027 to January 2028). You will lead approximately 80 children across two buildings and five departments, manage staff, oversee budgets and quality development, and support the TETT PÅ quality model. Candidates must have kindergarten teacher training or equivalent early childhood education, preferably with management experience and Norwegian language skills at B2 level or higher for non-Scandinavian applicants.
