Senior Advisor for Leadership and Competence Development

NSM is recruiting a Senior Advisor to develop leadership and competence programmes for its staff. You will design learning activities, support leaders through mentoring and group facilitation, and manage external training partners. The role requires a bachelor's degree in HR, organisational development or psychology, substantial experience in leadership and competence development, strong facilitation skills, and Norwegian language proficiency. Norwegian citizenship and security clearance at Secret level are mandatory.
