Public Procurement Adviser

Ringerike municipality seeks one or two advisers to develop the municipality through strategic, sustainable and value-creating procurements. You will lead procurements from needs identification to contract management, help services define requirements and choose the right strategy, and contribute to improved routines and professional processes across the organisation. Master level education in technical, legal or economic fields is required, with strong written and oral Norwegian language skills and good digital competence.
