Programme Leader, Kindergarten Teacher Education

Høgskolen i Østfold seeks a Programme Leader to manage their kindergarten teacher education programmes. You will be responsible for the operational and academic quality of the programmes, student environment, programme development, and collaboration with practice field partners. The role requires a master's degree with relevance to kindergarten teacher education, experience from kindergarten or pedagogical leadership, strong collaboration and communication skills in Norwegian (minimum B2) and English, and preferably experience with higher education teaching, leadership and personnel management.
