Finance Controller (Advisor/Senior Advisor)

Høgskolen for kriminalomsorg (HKO) is seeking a finance controller to help develop the economics function at this new independent institution starting January 2027. You will handle accounting, budget monitoring, financial reporting, analysis and project economics, working alongside a senior economics advisor. A newly created role requiring a bachelor's degree in economics, accounting or related field (or equivalent experience), with relevant accounting and controlling experience, strong understanding of accounting systems, and fluent Norwegian.
