Youth Club Leader

Longyearbyen Municipality is recruiting a youth club leader for a 50% temporary position at Longyearbyen Youth Club from November 15, 2026 to June 30, 2027. You will manage daily operations, lead staff including scheduling and payroll, plan and run youth activities and events such as summer festivals and club parties, and supervise the club board. The role includes evening and weekend work and co-responsibility for youth events like UKM and LybLan. You need relevant education or practical experience in youth work, strong communication skills, leadership ability, Norwegian language proficiency, and a valid category B driving licence.
