University College Director

Høgskolen i Molde seeks a strategic and inclusive director to lead the administrative operations and contribute to the institution's development towards university status. The role involves overall responsibility for finance, HR, administration, risk management and internal control, working closely with the rector and board. The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience at strategic level, strong expertise in public administration, organisational development and financial management, plus preferably background from higher education or public sector.
