Healthcare worker/nursing assistant

This is a full-time, permanent shift position as a healthcare worker or nursing assistant at a care facility in Ytterøy, a small island in Trondheimsfjorden. You will work in both institutional care and home-based services, providing health support and practical personal assistance to residents. The role includes work on evenings with kitchen and meal serving duties, with a focus on music-based environmental therapy, person-centred care, and supporting residents' independence and quality of life.
