Kindergarten Teacher/Special Educator

Trosterud senter barnehage, a specialist kindergarten for children with autism spectrum diagnoses in Oslo, seeks an engaged kindergarten teacher and special educator to combine special education expertise with pedagogical leadership. You will lead, plan, implement and evaluate pedagogical work while supporting children with additional needs to achieve mastery, development and positive experiences. This requires close collaboration with staff, parents and external partners, along with strong professional skills, teamwork abilities and capacity to handle complex situations.
