Department Manager, Home-based Services

Nissedal Municipality seeks an experienced and development-oriented department manager to lead home-based services, including home nursing, short-term care and personal assistance services. You will have responsibility for staff, finances, quality and service development, and work with vulnerable service users and stakeholders. Requirements include relevant higher education in health and social care, leadership experience in home services, knowledge of public administration and legislation, good digital skills and excellent Norwegian language skills.
