Activities and Cultural Worker, Care Home

Norlandia Care is seeking a creative and compassionate activities and cultural worker for two care homes in Bergen, Norway, working 60 percent (30 percent at each facility). You will create meaningful moments and experiences for elderly residents through both planned activities and spontaneous interactions, working closely with residents to understand what brings them joy. The role requires strong Norwegian language skills for meaningful conversations with residents, genuine care for people, initiative, and a desire to make a difference in daily life for the elderly.
