Intensive Care Unit Manager

Lead and manage an intensive care section with approximately 25 full-time positions, including intensive care, monitoring, post-operative and day surgery services at Volda Hospital. The role requires healthcare education at university level, preferably with specialist intensive care nursing training, and management experience or education. You will be responsible for daily operations, staff development, inter-departmental collaboration and change management processes.
