Sunnmørsheimen is a state-funded youth residential institution in Volda that works with young people aged 12-18 in difficult life situations. We are recruiting environmental therapists and related professionals to provide safe, therapeutic care and targeted treatment within a structured institutional framework. You must hold a bachelor's degree in social work, child welfare, social work or care, have a class B driving licence, strong Norwegian language skills, and the ability to work in shift patterns including weekends and on-call shifts.
