Department Manager, Health and Care Services

Vinje municipality seeks an engaged and relational department manager to lead a team of approximately 40 staff members across health and care services for people with disabilities. You will be responsible for personnel management, budget oversight, staff development and service improvement, combining daily operations with vision for development. The role requires a bachelor's degree, significant leadership experience with people and budgets, understanding of shift work and staffing, strong Norwegian language skills, and a Class B driving licence.
