Family counsellor

Windafjord Municipality Health Service seeks family counsellors for two temporary positions until 31 December 2027. You will work in a specialist family team providing clinical counselling, parental guidance, family sessions, and follow-up support for children and young people in crisis situations. The role requires a bachelor's degree in health, child protection or social work, good Norwegian language skills, and personal qualities including strong communication, empathy, and ability to handle complex family situations.
