Youth Work Assistant

We are seeking an engaged youth worker for a 75% position at Atlas youth centre in Ullensaker municipality. You will create safe and inclusive meeting places for young people aged 10-20, support their social and creative development, and plan activities and arrangements. The role requires a youth work qualification (fagbrev) or equivalent relevant experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work evenings, nights and weekends on a shift basis.
