Culture Worker

Trondheim Municipality seeks a culture worker (10 percent position) to plan and lead organized leisure activities for children and young people with varying support needs. You will work with facilitated climbing sessions and other activities that promote well-being, mastery and social inclusion. The role requires an indoor climbing instructor course and experience with culture and leisure activities, Norwegian language, and personal qualities of kindness, flexibility and strong collaboration skills.
