Unit Manager, Mental Health Ward

University Hospital Nord-Norway is recruiting a Unit Manager to establish and lead a new 10-bed acute psychiatric ward opening in 2028. You will develop the ward from planning and recruitment through to operational launch, leading a multidisciplinary team and overseeing clinical quality, personnel, finance and operations. The role requires relevant health professional education, substantial clinical experience in mental health for adults, and preferably leadership experience or change management background.
