Service Manager, Supported Employment and Empowerment

Tønsberg municipality seeks an engaged and development-oriented service manager to lead the Supported Employment and Empowerment Service. You will oversee multiple facilities and services supporting people outside work and education back into employment, with responsibility for personnel, finances, quality assurance and service development. Applicants must have higher education in health, social or pedagogy (or equivalent experience), significant leadership experience, knowledge of public administration, and expertise in employment inclusion and tailored work services.
