Senior HR Advisor

Norec seeks a Senior HR Advisor to support leaders and employees with organizational development and HR matters in an international work environment. You will work strategically and operationally on areas including organizational change, competence development, leadership support, recruitment, and process management. You must hold a master's degree (or equivalent experience) in leadership, organizational psychology, HR, or administration, with at least eight years of relevant HR experience and knowledge of public sector administration.
