Process Engineer / Senior Process Engineer, Food Technology and Laboratory Work

Nofima seeks an engineer or senior engineer for a temporary position in the Process Technology department in Stavanger, working with food preservation and seafood processing. You will plan and conduct laboratory analyses, reology and texture measurements, chemical and protein analyses, and maintain equipment while collaborating with researchers and industrial partners. You need higher education in chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, food technology or microbiology, with practical laboratory experience and knowledge of reology, chemical analysis and quality assurance.
