Social Worker (Healthcare)

Helse Stavanger HF is recruiting a social worker (50% permanent position, plus 20% fixed-term contract likely extending to September 2027, ideally 70% combined) to join the Clinical Support Section. You will assess and support patients' psychosocial needs across somatic hospital departments, working with adults and children in a multidisciplinary team. The role requires a bachelor's degree in social work, fluent Norwegian (B2 minimum for non-Nordic speakers), and preferably prior experience from the social security system, child welfare, or specialist healthcare.
