Health, Safety and Environment Adviser

The University of Stavanger is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Adviser for a one year fixed-term position in the HR department. You will support and develop the university's systematic HSE work, acting as a central partner for managers, safety representatives and employees across the organisation. You will provide advisory services, training and guidance on occupational health, workplace safety and psychosocial factors, with a focus on creating a safe, inclusive and health-promoting work environment.
