Work Advisor

Sortland Work Centre is seeking an engaged work advisor for a 100% temporary position until 1 March 2027. You will guide and follow up employees in work training and adapted work, contribute to a safe and inclusive work environment, and participate in practical production work. The role requires driving license category B and strong people skills, with experience in practical work, production, logistics or work inclusion being advantageous.
