Headteacher (Secondary School)

Sigdal Municipality seeks an engaged, clear-minded and development-focused headteacher to lead Sigdal Secondary School, which has 110 students across 6 classes. You will hold overall responsibility for the school's pedagogical, administrative and financial operations, reporting to the Head of Education. The successful candidate must hold relevant higher pedagogical education, preferably a master's degree in school leadership, combined with strong leadership experience, research-informed practice in school development and quality improvement, excellent collaboration skills, and good digital competence.
