Kulturskolerektor leads Sandnes Cultural School, one of Norway's largest music and arts schools with 2,600 students and 80 teachers. You will be responsible for all operations, including teaching, staff management, budgets and strategic development in line with the new local cultural school strategy. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree in pedagogy, experience from cultural education or arts teaching, management experience with personnel and budgets, and Norwegian language skills at B2 level or equivalent.
