Rendalen municipality seeks a caring, responsible and patient person to work as a relief carer for a child with autism spectrum disorder. You will facilitate meaningful activities such as play, outings and indoor activities tailored to the child's needs, interests and abilities. The position requires someone trustworthy who can create safety, structure and predictability, with flexibility to adapt to the child's changing needs. Prior experience with children or those with special needs is advantageous but personal suitability is the main consideration.
