Train Operations Coordinator / Conductor

The Golden Train seeks an Operations Coordinator with conductor responsibilities for a 100% position operating tourist train services on the Rauma Line between Andalsnes and Bjorli. You will lead daily operations, manage safety and punctuality, coordinate cleaning and on-board sales, and work closely with a small team of conductors and drivers. The role requires certification as a signaller and on-board supervisor, obtained through a three-month training course provided by TM Togdrift, and offers the chance to work in scenic Norwegian landscapes while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
