Work Inclusion Advisor

Nav Øygarden seeks an experienced advisor to support people on sick leave and in challenging life situations, helping them return to work or find employment solutions. The role involves case management, dialogue meetings, resource mapping, and close collaboration with employers, health services and other partners. You must have a bachelor's degree, experience with people in difficult situations, strong communication skills in Norwegian, and ideally background in sick leave follow-up.
