Senior Adviser, Personnel Management

The Norwegian Ministry of Defence is establishing a new team to manage its internationally stationed personnel, including defence attachés at embassies and NATO delegations worldwide. As a Senior Adviser in HR, you will lead personnel administration and development for approximately 45-50 employees at 25+ locations, handling recruitment, salary setting, relocation support and policy development. You must have a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, strong knowledge of employment law and regulations, relevant personnel management experience, and fluency in Norwegian and English.
