Night Shift Childcare Worker

Frydenberg Youth Services seeks a reliable night shift worker for a treatment institution serving teenagers aged 13-18 with involvement in crime, violence or substance abuse. You will work 10-12 hour shifts every third weekend, create safe routines, build relationships and support treatment plans. The role requires a degree in child welfare, social work or nursing, experience with this age group, Norwegian language skills and a valid category B driving licence.
