School assistant, environmental worker

Lønnebakken skole seeks environmental workers (school assistants) for a department supporting pupils with social and emotional difficulties. You will support individual pupils and groups throughout the school day, assist with swimming, outdoor activities, transport, and behaviour management using VERGE training methods. The school requires excellent Norwegian language skills, physical and psychological robustness, strong teamwork abilities, and experience with challenging behaviour or autism spectrum conditions is desirable.
