Procurement Adviser

The University of Oslo seeks two procurement advisers for its Property Department to manage acquisitions worth approximately 1 billion NOK annually, including framework agreements, construction contracts and service agreements. You will lead procurement processes, develop strategies and acquisition documents, oversee contracts and framework agreements, and promote sustainable and ethical procurement practices. The role requires a bachelor's degree in economics, engineering or law, or equivalent relevant experience, with knowledge of service contracts and construction projects; excellent written Norwegian and spoken Scandinavian language skills are essential.
