Udnes Natural Kindergarten seeks an experienced pedagogical leader to join their management team from December 2026 (initial contract with extension possibility based on enrollment). You will be responsible for pedagogical and administrative leadership of your base, including planning, implementation and evaluation of activities, staff supervision, parent collaboration and special education coordination. The role requires a qualified kindergarten teacher with excellent Norwegian, strong leadership skills, a child-centred approach, and preferably experience as a pedagogical leader in early childhood settings.
