Outreach youth worker

Nærøysund municipality is recruiting two outreach youth workers (50 per cent positions) for a two-year prevention project. You will work in teams to build trusting relationships with young people, engage with them in their own spaces during evenings and weekends, and connect them with relevant services and activities. The role requires relevant social education or experience, good digital skills, a category B driving licence, and flexibility for evening and late-night work.
