Security and Property Advisor

NAV Øst-Viken seeks a Security and Property Advisor to provide leadership support and guidance to Nav units, ensuring safe, comfortable and functional facilities while building a security-focused culture. You will develop regional safety and emergency preparedness programmes, manage property processes from analysis to lease agreements, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with internal and external partners. The role requires a bachelor's degree in security, building, property management, law, economics or equivalent, with substantial experience in security, emergency preparedness, property management and leadership support.
