Midt-Telemark Church Council seeks a warm, clear and proactive worker to develop and strengthen diaconal work among children, youth and families in a rural community with strong local engagement. The role includes outreach activities, community building, conversations and grief support, leading youth clubs and coordinating voluntary work. Requires diaconal training in accordance with the Norwegian Church and a driver's license, as the parishes cover a large geographical area.
