Security Manager, Technical Workshop

Forsvaret is seeking a Security Manager to lead safety operations at Troms Technical Workshop, a key maintenance and technical support facility for military equipment. You will plan, oversee and develop the workshop's safety programme, advise on security matters, support the department head, and help drive organisational development. You must have a university degree in a relevant field (preferably leadership and security), class B driving licence, security clearance to HEMMELIG/NATO SECRET/NATO SECRET level, and ability to complete a Cryptographic Qualification Course grade 1 within 12 months.
