Department Director

Justervesenet seeks an experienced leader to serve as Department Director for the Administration Department, managing approximately 20 employees across finance, IT, HR, information management, and support functions. You will report to the Director, sit on the management team, and lead the development of administrative processes while coordinating the organisation's security and preparedness work. The role requires strong leadership experience with people management, understanding of administrative functions and IT systems, solid financial knowledge, and fluency in both Norwegian and English.
