Department Manager, Home Care Services

Kristiansand municipality seeks an authorised nurse to lead and develop the Hånes and Tveit home care department at Strømmehaven care centre. You will manage staff, finances and clinical quality, ensuring safe, high-quality services that enable users to live independently at home. You must have at least two years of clinical experience in home care or equivalent municipal health and care services, strong leadership skills, budget management experience, and excellent Norwegian language proficiency.
