HR Adviser

Karasjok municipality seeks an engaged HR adviser to join its Personnel and Payroll team. You will provide guidance on personnel law and agreements, lead development projects, manage recruitment processes, and oversee quality systems and occupational health and safety. The role requires higher education in HR or related field, extensive experience with quality systems and HMS compliance, knowledge of public administration and collective bargaining, and fluency in both Norwegian and Sami.
