Level Offshore seeks an Operations Advisor for a temporary role (initially until 2027) at their Haugesund office, with potential for permanent employment. You will support customers and employees across recruitment, staffing coordination, HR and administration in the subsea and offshore industry. We are looking for someone with higher education or relevant work experience, strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, and interest in people, recruitment and business development.
