Procurement Officer

Forsvarsbygg seeks a procurement officer to lead major defence-related acquisitions, from needs assessment to contract execution. You will work with framework agreements, multi-year contracts and strategic purchasing in a team of 18 specialists. Requires bachelor's degree (preferably in technical, economics, law or project management), significant procurement experience, excellent Norwegian, and security clearance at Classified/NATO Secret level.
